WE ACCEPT BOOKINGS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS AND BY BOOKING ONE OF OUR COURSES YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1) We reserve the right to make amendments to the content of any of our events. In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel a booking for any reason, we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can and will offer you a full refund or an alternative date.

2) We will not, however, be liable to you for any losses or expenses that you may incur, we strongly recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance.

3) We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so we have created a fair cancellation policy.

We regret that we cannot refund any payment for events that you are unable to attend, without at least 30 days notice before the start of the event.

Full Refund - A full refund will be issued for cancellations made 60 or more days before the start of the event.

Partial Refund - With 30 - 59 days notice before the start of the event, 50% of the amount paid will be retained as a non-refundable

deposit.

4) Whilst no one expects to cancel their stay, unforeseen circumstances can often arise. We would suggest all of our guests take out UK travel insurance to protect against these eventualities occurring after the cancellation deadline, which will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, we may require documentation to process a full or partial refund.

You may also be able to transfer your registration to an appropriate third party, or to a future retreat date, subject to availability.

5) Bookings purchased at the standard rate are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy, after which guests are liable for the full charge.

6) Bookings purchased at the Early Bird and all other offer rates are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

7) Guest can only use one promotion at the time of booking.

8) All guests agree to abide by the house rules which are provided.

9) If you have any specific allergies or disabilities, then you must inform us at the time of booking.

10) We reserve the right to refuse entry if we are not made aware of any relevant information about you.

11) We accept full liability in the case of any personal injury to You caused by Our negligence.

12) We regret, however, that We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to any property.

13) In all other cases where any liability is established on Our part, this liability is limited to the amount You have Be paid under this Agreement.

14) Every effort will be made to ensure the standard described for the premises and all items of equipment described and supplied by Us are in good working order.

15) However, no guarantee is given or liability accepted if any breakdown occurs or any item is temporarily unavailable. Repairs will always be effected as soon as possible.
