A: Programmes are flexible: executive coaching typically spans 12 months, group programmes 6 months. However, we can adapt timeline based on specific organisational needs. Workshops and Inner Circle sessions are scheduled to minimise disruption and maximise engagement.
Q4 - How do we get started?
A: Schedule an initial consultaion to understand your goals. Many organisations start with the RISE stage for foundational insights before progressing to strategic REALIGN and coaching REIGNITE phases. However, when there is an immediate requirement for coaching and training, we will discuss specific needs.
