Executive Leadership Architect, international speaker and #1 best-selling, award-winning author. I help high-achieving women rise, lead and be recognised without losing themselves.
I remember sitting in a senior leadership meeting, competent and composed on the outside, and privately afraid of being exposed as someone who didn't belong there.
By then I had spent more than two decades at a FTSE 100 company, in male-dominated industries. I started as a Planning Assistant and worked my way up through planning, engineering and project management to Executive Programme Delivery Director, delivering programmes across 27 countries.
I was usually outnumbered, and I had learnt the rules without ever being taught them: adapt to belong, keep proving your worth, be flawless, be strong, wait to be chosen. Those rules helped me succeed. They also cost me more than I realised.
When a restructure ended the career I had spent those decades building, I shut down, mentally and physically, in the middle of Schiphol Airport. At first I thought it was about losing the job. In recovery, I began to see the patterns I had been living by for years, and then I saw them in the women around me.
That is why I built Metamorforsuccess. Since 2020 I have trained, mentored and coached hundreds of women, and worked with organisations to keep and progress the women they are counting on to lead.
The ultimate 90-day journey for emotional and mental abundance.
